Celebrating 10 Years with Mona

This October, we celebrate Mona Kokholm and her 10th anniversary with STUDIO 9 and Nine United.

She joined STUDIO 9 in its early days, when the team had fewer than ten people and the company was still taking shape. Since then, she has grown with the organisation, working from 12 different desks along the way, and today serves as Project Manager. It is a small but fitting reflection of how both Mona and STUDIO 9 have evolved side by side.

Her journey reflects the heart of STUDIO 9: growth, adaptability and a strong commitment to people and collaboration.

She sums up the past decade in her own words:

“10 years have gone by fast, filled with great colleagues, strong collaborations and projects I’m proud to have been part of. I have learned so much, both professionally and personally – but most importantly, I continue to feel both challenged and inspired in my role.”

Anyone who has worked with Mona knows the difference she makes, in projects, in people, and in the everyday atmosphere. She brings colour in every sense of the word through her energy, her eye for detail and her unmistakable style. As CEO Per Lykke puts it:

“Mona is not only a highly skilled colleague, she is also a carrier of culture. She has been part of shaping STUDIO 9 from day one, and we are proud that she continues to be such an important part of our journey.”

After a decade, her mindset is still forward-looking. And when asked about the future, she says:

“Even though ten years have passed, it still feels like we are only just getting started. There is so much more ahead for STUDIO 9, and I am excited to be part of what comes next.”

Mona is ready for the next chapter — and so are we.
