From apprenticeship to Project Coordinator

Niclas Pedersen joined STUDIO 9 two years ago at a defining moment in his career. With a background in professional football, an injury brought Niclas’ playing career to a close and encouraged him to put his other strengths into play in a new direction.

He joined STUDIO 9 as an apprentice and quickly became a natural part of the team. Throughout his time here, Niclas has approached both people and projects with calm focus, curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility. His mindset reflects the values at the core of STUDIO 9: commitment, collaboration and a willingness to grow.

Over the past two years, Niclas has developed alongside the organisation, gaining hands-on experience across projects and processes. He has now completed his apprenticeship and continues his journey at STUDIO 9 in the role of Project Coordinator.

This new chapter marks an important step – for Niclas and for the team around him. We are pleased to continue the journey together and look forward to what comes next.
